Morph Into Verity, Falsity, Cruelity and Lovity Add-on 26.30+/26.11+/26.10+

Mod Morph Into Verity, Falsity, Cruelity and Lovity will add 36 characters to Minecraft at once, which you can transform into. Among them will be 27 Verity forms, 8 Verity Fusion variants, and one new Nightmare Verity form. Some of them will not have separate names: instead, they will receive monster phase designations. To transform, you only need to place a Button next to the character and press it.
