Wan's Moon Dimension Add-on 26.0+

Mod Wan's Moon Dimension adds a full-fledged Moon dimension with a unique atmosphere, low gravity, and new opportunities for exploration. The player can travel through generated terrains, leave footprints on the surface, and encounter unusual creatures in spacesuits right in Minecraft.

To get there, you will need a Rocket.

/moodim:return — sends the player back to the Overworld

/moodim:spawnmobs — spawns mobs on the Moon
