Health Bars by Four Add-on 1.21+

Now you can see how much health any creature has left in the game. Health Bars by Four is a mod that adds health bars to all creatures. Now you can see how much health a Zombie, Skeleton, or any other mob in Minecraft has left.

The bars change color as health decreases, making battles much clearer. In the game settings, you can choose the display style of the health bar, which makes the gameplay more convenient.
