Sky Fracture Add-on 1.21+

At high altitudes, a new layer with unique zones opens up, as the mod Sky Fracture changes the familiar Minecraft world with simple but important details. New biomes, mobs, and features — explore a strange cubic world that will appear in a new light.

There’s little oxygen in the sky, so Torches and Campfires will go out if placed. The player will also have slow falling effect.
