If you need an infinite amount of Emeralds or resources, the mod Infinite Villager Trades allows you to make deals with villagers without limits and waiting in Minecraft.

Now Village residents don't need to restock resources before trading with you again. No cooldown, which means you can gather the necessary materials faster in the game and reach the Ender Dragon.
