Minimap Add-on 1.21+
Simplify navigation in Minecraft using the mod Minimap. This add-on introduces a mini-map that shows the terrain in real-time. You will be able to see an area of 31×31 blocks, including water, depth, and shadows, making world exploration more convenient. The mini-map supports all three dimensions and even works on low-performance devices.
To activate the add-on, simply press the F8 key or a new icon on the screen if you are playing on a touchscreen device.
