Ethercraft: Dream dimension Add-on 26.0+

Mod Ethercraft: Dream dimension adds a separate Ether dimension to Minecraft, which you will have to explore and conquer almost from scratch. It introduces 120 unique items, 127 new blocks, and 20 creatures, including a final boss with two phases. How to enter the dimension

Find Quartz and gather 5 Quartz blocks to create the Portal Frame

Build the portal by analogy with a Nether portal and ignite it

Dimension generation takes about 2-3 minutes, and the first generation of the main island can take up to 5-10 minutes

Do not leave the world during generation

Take extra Quartz in advance to return

The dimension is dangerous, so prepare good gear

Combat system

Regular weapons deal only 25% damage to creatures because of a magic barrier

Ether weapons deal full damage

Special Arrows and a Bow are available that can pierce the barrier

Regular armor, including Netherite, barely protects against local creatures

New types of add-on Armor are used for protection

Protection particles show whether you are dealing the correct damage

Items and recipes

Most items can be found in the dimension or obtained from creatures

Special recipes are unlocked after obtaining special items

Recipes can be obtained through trading with Goat Demons and after defeating the boss

After obtaining a recipe, it is automatically unlocked in the Crafting Table

An item with a recipe can be used to gain experience

Mobs

Alicorn - a flying horse that can be ridden, equipped with armor, and switched between flying and walking with the Master Horn

Angel Pig - a neutral flying pig, tamed with green berries

Angelfish - fish that can be eaten and used to feed the Axovulpus

Axovulpus - a hybrid of a fox and an axolotl, drops Wool and sometimes a Tail

Bighaired Chicken - a green chicken that lays green eggs

Cathorns - tamed with Angelfish

Chlamydosaurus Flower - aggressive lizards from the Withered biome

Detheer - flying deer with unusual antlers, drop Meat and Wings

Dethermon - can be traded with to get rare items and recipes

Fire Butterfly - hostile creatures that attack with fire

Habbirns - a horned rabbit, drops Meat and Fur

Leviathan - a hostile flying lizard from which Scale and Fangs are obtained

Scrub Creeper - hides in a flower and attacks with poison, after cleaning the flower it turns into a tameable turret

Skelether - attacks with arrows from the air

Snailava - lives in lava, drops Shells and Slime

Space Jellyfish - a glowing creature from which jelly is obtained to cleanse the Withered biome

Stompfools - powerful guardians of caves and temples

Tuatara - a friendly lizard with several color variants

Wardgma - a neutral golem with a Spear

Zombiether - an empowered mob with a large health pool

Quartz Fish - drops Quartz

Special mechanics

Bed Sheets - decorative covers for Beds

Glowing Jelly Gel (Gels) - allows Biomes to spread in the Ether dimension

Ether Respawn Anchor - a spawn point with four charges

Dark Pearls - create personal entrance and exit portals

Drooling Eyes - leave contamination on Ether Bricks, which can be collected with Shears

Soft Extractor - allows you to extract soft objects, such as clouds

Master Horn - switches the Alicorn between walking and flying

Cloudy Parachute - slows your fall and has a limited number of uses

Etherite Ore - when mined, it gives Oxidized Copper, and with a 30% chance, Ether

Growing the Scrub Creeper (Scrub Flower) - using fertilizer and water turns the flower into a friendly Scrub Creeper

Cold Bone Meal - fertilizer made from the bones of Ether mobs, needed to grow the add-on's plants

Biomes

Ether Biome - a bright green, purple, and blue biome where most creatures live

Withered Biome - a dangerous corruption that gradually spreads across the world

Scorched Biome - a heated biome with lava, cracks, and stalactites

Temple and boss

The temple contains challenge rooms, reward vaults, and the boss

The boss is sealed inside a block, and destroying it awakens him

After defeating the first phase, the real battle begins

The boss drops the Divine Arrows recipe, experience, and fragments for his resurrection

If there are no players nearby, the boss returns to block form

A sheep that can appear in any biome and float in the air
