Connected Blocks Add-on 1.18/1.17+

Connected Blocks mod changes the appearance of blocks that are close to each other in the game. Regular blocks will now be connected in a special way, which can be seen in the screenshot below. Frames will be formed on the borders between different blocks, and the corners will be connected.

It is rather difficult to explain, so just look at the pictures below to understand everything. The changes will affect diorite, andesite and granite.
