Gene Project Add-on 1.18/1.17+/1.16

Gene Project mod contains dinosaurs with incredibly detailed models in Minecraft. The author spent a lot of time to create these animals, so appreciate this addition properly. Unfortunately, they won't spawn naturally, but you can decorate your Jurassic Park with them.

Dinosaurs differ not only in modeling and size, but also in other characteristics: health, damage, and unique behavior. Of course, carnivorous species will attack players, make sounds, and so on.
