Minecraft 1.20.40.23 for Android

Developers have released the test version of Minecraft 1.20.40.23 for Android. In this update, they enhanced the Powder Snow functionalities, introduced 1 change, and made 10 bug fixes.

Changes
Implemented 2 changes. Main points:
- Creatures sink into Powder Snow even with Leather Boots when falling from a height of more than 2.5 blocks.
- Splash particles appear at the character's waist instead of the head.

Bug Fixes
Fixed 10 bugs. Details:
- Splash sounds fixed on Android devices.
- Third-person camera view no longer shows through blocks via the bottom part of the Cauldron.
- Falling onto Powder Snow doesn't inflict fall damage regardless of height.
- Goat Horn sound is controlled by the Jukebox/Note Block volume slider.
- Fixed game freeze due to mob movements in Minecraft.
- Fixed the appearance of random light without sources.
- Fishing Rod with Warped Fungus is no longer held backward in first-person view.
- Fixed Piglin Brute digging behavior.
- Fixed the rendering of water blocks.
- Placing invalid items in the off-hand slot no longer causes crashes.

Added 12 technical changes for addon development and testing.
