Piglin Conquest by ForeverAPigman Add-on 26.10+

The piglins have decided to rise up against the players who constantly venture into the Nether and instill fear in the little piggies. Now they have decided to take revenge on the player in Minecraft. With the mod Piglin Conquest by ForeverAPigman, piglins will start raids on the user, using new Soldiers and Bosses. You'll be able to explore new structures they've built.

First, you need to find the Piglin Portal.

Then you need to drink the Ominous Potion to start the Piglin raid. The difficulty will depend on the game's difficulty level. After victory, various rewards will drop, including Keys, which are used to unlock new structures around the world.
