EnergyBar Add-on 1.21+

Missing a challenge in Minecraft survival? Want to make the gameplay even harder? Use the mod EnergyBar, which adds an Energy bar. It will be similar to thirst or hunger: every action will consume the bar, and different methods will be needed to restore it.

You can also drink Water instead



Energy Potion
Passively gives Energy
After use, Energy is not consumed for 3 minutes



Consumption and Restoration
Energy will be consumed when jumping, breaking, or placing blocks, as well as sprinting
To restore it, you need to stand still, drink water, or Energy Drink
With 3 or fewer energy units, the player will gain Slowness, Weakness, and Nausea
If Energy runs out completely, the player will take damage
