The Hunger Rework Add-on 1.20+

Hunger is the saddest innovation by the developers of Minecraft: after this, every player had to learn how to build farms, gather food, and grow crops. Fortunately, those times will soon pass, as we now have the mod The Hunger Rework. Hunger will be replaced by a Sprint bar. This bar will regenerate naturally, and food will simply refill it.

However, the challenge won't be easy: the sprint will run out and you won't be able to run constantly. Escaping from monsters will become a problem, thus survival will become slightly more difficult.
