Sanity Add-on 1.21+

Many of us have played or at least heard of the game Don't Starve, where the mechanics of mental state are applied. Moreover, you can find this indicator in many other games. The essence is that characters in games always have consciousness, which means their condition largely depends on psychological health. Therefore, a new sanity bar will now appear in Minecraft, which will be consumed in the presence of scary factors. To enable this feature, you will need the Sanity mod.
This change will significantly impact the difficulty of the gameplay, so think twice before installing it.
What affects the bar?
Lighting: light increases it, darkness decreases it
Food: good food increases it, bad food decreases it
Flower in the inventory: having a Flower in the inventory increases it with a 40% chance every 12 seconds
Killing mobs: takes away 2 units per mob
Taking damage: each unit of damage takes away 2 units
Changing dimensions: takes away 20 units per transition
Garland: provides 10 points every 40 seconds if worn on the head
Mobs around: takes away 1 unit every 20 seconds for each monster around if there are more than 10
Health increase: gives 2 units for each recovered health point
Respawn: gives 75 units
