You can never have too many firearms, which is why we suggest you check out the mod MORE GUN, which allows you to use Firearms. The game will feature Automatics, Pistols, and Rifles, which can even be obtained in survival mode.

Naturally, the Bow and Crossbow will lose their value, but Firearms are much harder to acquire.
