Realistic Healing Add-on 1.20+/1.19+

Minecraft's healing mechanics are far from realistic, as eating food quickly restores your heart bar. Addressing this, the Realistic Healing mod changes the approach to healing your character, requiring medical equipment instead. This addition significantly ramps up the survival challenge.

Basic Healing Items:
- Healing Stew: Grants Regeneration 1 for 2 seconds.
- Single Band-Aid: Grants Regeneration 1 for 3 seconds.
- Double Band-Aid: Grants Regeneration 2 for 2 seconds.
- Bandage: Grants Regeneration 2 for 4 seconds.


Advanced Healing Items:
- First Aid Kit: Grants Regeneration 1 and Absorption 1 for 10 seconds.
- Golden First Aid Kit: Grants Regeneration 2 and Absorption 2 for 10 seconds.
- Medicine: Grants Regeneration 1 for 10 seconds and removes all negative effects.
