Bloons Royale Add-on 1.21+

Author of the mod Bloons Royale decided to adapt the popular game Bloons Tower Defense 6 to the realities of Minecraft. Naturally, most functions won't work exactly as in the original, but the developer tried to merge the two games as much as possible. The main task in the original game is to destroy balloons using monkeys that have darts.
