Minecraft 1.21.30.23 for Android

Developers have released a test version of Minecraft 1.21.30.23 for Android. This update introduces Bags, adds 4 changes, and includes 16 bug fixes.

Bag

A new item to increase inventory capacity. Properties:

• Allows combining different blocks and items in one inventory slot
• Holds one stack of items - 64 elements
• Items can be inserted directly in the inventory
• Tooltip shows information about items inside when clicked
- All elements will be displayed if there are fewer than 8
- If there are more items, only the first two will be shown
• Holding in hand allows placing all items on the ground
• Crafted from 1 String above 1 Leather
• Version bugs:
- Recipe may not appear as a recommended crafting item, but can still be crafted
- When moving elements on touch devices, an incorrect icon may briefly appear

Changes

4 changes were made. Key highlights:

• Parrots now imitate End Striders
• Restored atmospheric sounds in Basalt Deltas
• Added hardcore mode heart animation on the world selection screen
• Added screenshot hotkeys for Controller or Keyboard use

- On controller - LB+RB, L1+R1, L+R

Version Parity

4 changes were made to align Bedrock with Java. Notable ones:

• Mushroom farms in Woodland Mansions now create Coarse Dirt instead of regular dirt
• Changed block interactions with Redstone:
- Mangrove roots now conduct signals
- Beacon, TNT, Sea Lantern no longer conduct signals
• Number of Snow Layers when mined with a "Silk Touch" enchanted Shovel depends on the number of layers
- 8 layers will give 1 Snow block

Bug Fixes

16 bugs were fixed. Details:

• Split TNT block and Crafting Table into separate types for use in commands
- Previous names of similar blocks in blocks.json will be considered deprecated
• Fixed teleportation through End Portals
• Fixed /camera set command functionality in Minecraft
• Fixed item and block transfer from old worlds
• Material Reducer now works with all blocks
• Parrots can imitate Drowned again
• Breezes no longer have a minimum target distance for attacks
• Beacon title text no longer differs from other storage containers
• Hiding the Recipe Book no longer causes the crafting category tab to disappear
• Arrow in the Stonecutter is always displayed
• Fixed item durability bar sizes

Technical Changes

Added 23 technical changes for addon development and testing.
